Peanut butter Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

My sister introduced me to a place in Northern Liberties that has the GREATEST peanut butter chocolate banana oatmeal smoothies.  She told me she has figured out their secret…

1 frozen banana
1 tbsp cooked oats
2 heaping spoonfuls of (chunky) peanut butter
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
Ice cream, almond milk or yogurt if you please

Now I’m craving this smoothie!

    Add a handful or two of spinach, you’ll never taste it and it will be that much more nutritious!

    Hi, Anna,
    This sounded yummy, but who has a tablespoon of cooked oats laying around? I just made it with soymilk, pb, banana, raw oats (rolled, not instant), cocoa, and a little flaxseed for good measure. SO YUMMY! Thanks – I’d never thought about adding oats to it before
