Peanut Butter with Minced Ginger on Celery: My New Favorite Snack

My new favorite snack (ok, besides kale chips) is peanut butter with fresh minced ginger on celery sticks.  I don’t even like celery, but I LOVE this snack!  You can use almond butter as well, but peanut butter is certainly the more cost conscience option.
